For over 25 years, owner Bercilla Lauderdale has used her people skills to encourage others to develop to their highest potential.  Over time she  has earned  the reputation of having the gift of encouragement and the art of resolving conflict.

Bercilla developed her insight and understanding of people from experiencing various changes and transitions in her own life.  Now others have an opportunity to benefit from her life experience and formal training as a Professional Certified Life Coach. 

Education is so important to Bercilla that, after raising her own children, she returned to school and earned a Bachelor of Social Work Degree and IPEC Certification as a Life Coach.  Despite her busy schedule, Bercilla volunteers as a group facilitator for teenage parents in Chicago's inner city,  and mentor students at a local elementary school.  Bercilla also writes newsletters containing helpful tips for parents. Empowering people is Bercilla' business and it shows.
